Merry Christmas 2018 “Cozy Little Touches” Decorating for Christmas

Hi there y’all.  🙂  Hope all is well.

It’s that wonderful time of the year again.

Yes it has been a while….a long while since my last post. But for the past year I have tried my unprofessional skills Vlogging on YouTube.  Thank You so much for your support on my YouTube channel and your continued support here on my blog.

Christmas time is the most wonderful time of the year for me.

“Cozy Little Touches” of Christmas decorating this year to welcome the holidays

Hope you enjoy.

Cozy comfy seating with red fur trimmed and reindeer pillows to make you feel at home.

Starting the day with Master bedroom holiday pillows:  I love making our bed.  It’s a ritual for me. It’s how I start with a good feel for the day.

The apothecary jar sparkles in the morning sun. A nice view from anywhere in the bedroom. Filled with berry kissing balls and snowflakes

Later …I’ll snuggle for a little reading. My snowball pillow, what fun, and the pom-poms that accent last years holiday pillow.

Time for Breakfast:  Snowy white cozy tablescape the perfect ambiance for hot oatmeal…yummy…I can’t remember a day where my Father did not make hot oatmeal each and every morning.

Apothecary Jars is one of my favorite décor items. Changing the fillers are easy for seasonal decorating. Fillers are budget friendly and the glass jars makes it all so pretty. This year I wanted to display our Thomas Kinkade Christmas Village cottages. A perfect fit.

Our dinning room centerpiece was simple and sweet with yet another beautiful apothecary jar and just a $5 box of ornaments and mini lights. The acrylic prancing reindeer candleholders….oh my…the perfect holiday Ebay find for this season.

Christmas would not be Christmas without, if only,  a small little tree. Draped in crystals and white mini lights.  Maybe next year a larger tree…….See the tiny apothecary jar filled with paper ribbon bows….so cute.

This Christmas Season my decorating was at a minimum. Just small touches to welcome a wonderful Holiday Season.

May you and your beloved ones have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Until next time stay warm and cozy….Much Love

  7. Howdy, and Merry Christmas!!! This is an excellent tutorial for creating an inviting, comfortable seasonal environment without breaking the bank. Cozy touches speak volumes, especially when there’s a common thread. I, too, like to start each day of the Christmas season by waking up to decor in the master bedroom. It just starts the day off in the holiday spirit! I love your pillows in there!!! I also REALLY like the circle of four chairs in the living room. It makes SO MUCH sense to me!!!!!!! Everyone had their own space, and the decorating possibilities are endless! It’s great to see you back here. Merry Christmas to you and yours!!!!🎄
